As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our local community efforts across The Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support our team members with administrative tasks during onboarding.
  • You will help coordinate training for volunteers to meet mandatory safety and compliance standards.
  • You will maintain accurate records of volunteers and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • You will process invoices, reimbursements, and manage asset registers.
  • You will work closely with IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve local administrative needs.
  • You may need to travel across the state as required.
Requirements
  • You should have a passion for community service and a professional approach to working with people.
  • You should have experience in general administration, customer service, and strong computer literacy.
  • You should have good attention to detail and experience with systems like Workday (ideal, but not essential).
  • You should be able to work independently, especially across multiple sites or remote locations.
  • You should have an understanding of compliance in the not-for-profit sector.
  • You should hold a current driver's licence and be able to travel state-wide.
  • You will need to undergo background checks (Police, Working with Children/Vulnerable People).
