
Patient Experience Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity for results-driven individuals to contribute significantly to delivering an exceptional patient and referrer experience.
As a skilled Key Customer Engagement Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality inbound call experiences for clinics, interacting with patients and referrers to schedule medical imaging appointments, and responding to calls and enquiries in a timely, professional and caring manner.
You will also contribute to a dynamic team environment, working autonomously and collaboratively to deliver outstanding patient and referrer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality inbound call experiences for clinics.
- Interact with patients and referrers to schedule medical imaging appointments.
- Respond to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional and caring manner.
- Provide care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning and enjoy helping people.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
