Clinical Operations Manager Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinical operations professional to lead our veterinary clinic's day-to-day activities.

  • Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Oversee the management of the clinic's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance. Ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations.

  • Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly. Implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Financial Performance:

Work closely with the management team to achieve financial targets and budgets. Monitor and manage the clinic's financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable.

  • Marketing and Community Engagement:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients. Engage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's services.
