Medland Orthodontics is a leader in Orthodontics for over 35 years. 

We are expanding our business and opening a brand new practice in March 2025 in Coomera, in addition to our other 3 locations across the Gold Coast, with this comes the opportunity to bring more valued members into our team.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Clinic Manager to lead the day to day operations and ensure the smooth delivery of clinical services across our practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with strong communication and coordination skills to join a well-established and patient-focused practice.

As Clinic Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of clinical operations by directing and supporting our team of dental assistants, hygienists, and orthodontists. You'll be instrumental in maintaining exceptional patient care standards while fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinical operations across all three Medland Orthodontics locations.
  • Coordinate clinic flow for assistants, hygienists, and doctors to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between assistants and Orthodontists.
  • Ensure clinical protocols and procedures are followed in accordance with practice standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical team, supporting professional development and performance.
  • Support a culture of patient-focused care and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in a clinical or dental setting, ideally in a leadership or coordinator role.
  • Experience as a Dental or Orthodontic Assistant preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage.
  • The ability to work full time.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
