We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care and practice operations.
This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance, rostering, and implementing policies that enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lead doctors with operational excellence, overseeing day-to-day practice operations, carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff, and overseeing diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team to develop and maintain effective schedules and rosters.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
