Occupational Therapy Clinic Operations Manager Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our occupational therapy clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Develop and implement effective operational systems, policies, and procedures for efficient service delivery.
- Support clinicians in delivering excellent client care, providing guidance and resources as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in healthcare or allied health administration, with a focus on operational management.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence with practice management software and IT systems, including NDIS, Medicare, and private billing processes.
- Desirable qualifications include leadership or team coordination experience, background in allied health service delivery, and understanding of compliance audits and reporting.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has a strong understanding of operational management principles, and is able to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
