As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of critical deliverables in our cutting-edge Hunter Class Frigate Program. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with ILS deliverable authors, peer reviewers, and authorisers to guarantee seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ensure the status of each ILS deliverable is accurately recorded, tracked, and updated in real-time.
  • Closely review ILS deliverables to ensure adherence to established templates, proper grammar and spelling checks, relevant metadata addition, and mandatory sections inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance eligibility is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management and proficiency in relevant CM tools and associated databases is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Prioritisation and stakeholder management abilities are crucial to meet project schedules.
