We are seeking skilled Combat Systems Integration Engineers to fill Intermediate and Senior positions. This role involves working on cutting-edge naval shipbuilding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical expertise based on relevant experience and knowledge.
  • Complete combat system integration design activities for naval ship systems, applying robust systems engineering process.
  • Undertake technical investigations, root cause analysis and solution identification.
  • Integrate combat systems onto the ship platform systems.
  • Deliver detailed technical reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with a broader team of engineers from different disciplines.
  • Plan and coordinate assigned engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proven skills and experience in a related engineering function.
  • Experience in a Defence environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of combat systems and communications technology.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate effectively.
