Business Growth Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our growing public practice team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that plays a key role in our firm's growth and success.

About the Role:

  • Invest your time and knowledge into up and coming accountants through genuine coaching and mentoring.
  • Oversee the progression and growth of junior level accountants.
  • Utilise your networks and work on your own business development skills with great support from the leadership group.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other divisions within our firm on engagements.
  • Manage both compliance and advisory/consulting engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of public practice accounting experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency in tax and consulting/modelling engagements.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and Xero skills.
  • Experience being a mentor and coach for junior and graduate accountants.
  • Excellent knowledge of taxation legislation.
  • Proven leadership in coaching and developing team talent.
