Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

The Director of Associate level will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth and overseeing the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) and transformation services. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for expansion is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to ensure business development strategies are relevant and competitive.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for consultancy services.
  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead the sales efforts for PMO and transformation services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and converting leads into sales.
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Project Delivery
    • Manage and oversee the delivery of PMO and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
