About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Learning and Development to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Recruitment & Staff Development Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities of an instructional design team, evaluating effectiveness to support quality onboarding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrating a high level of instructional design capability and understanding in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development solutions such as applying the Analyse Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) model.

* Applying strong project management methodology and stakeholder management, resulting in accurate project planning, monitoring, and reporting, and timely delivery of projects that meet mutually agreed objectives.

* Preparing and contributing towards the preparation of strategic and evidence-based advice for Senior Executives, including guidelines, reports, briefs, discussion papers, and talking points.
