With over 50 years of experience, the organisation offers a comprehensive range of services, including Residential Aged Care, Home Care, and Independent Living units. Their health and lifestyle programs are designed to support individuals in maintaining independence and safety in their own homes.
About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer will be part of the business executive team and will be responsible for leadership of the service delivery of the Aged Care service offering. This role will ensure the Residential, Retirement and Home Care offerings operate efficiently and effectively in alignment with the mission and values of the organisation. The COO will provide clear guidance to the care delivery team and cultivate a customer-focused and adaptable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Operational management of the SCCT business to deliver best practice and drive outcomes that have a client-first approach. Contributing to the collaborative delivery of the strategic plan through the development of strategic directions. Spearheading change initiatives to establish a proactive service model and organisational framework that caters to the present and future requirements of the community.
About You
This role would be suited to an accomplished professional and well-rounded Human Services Executive, with comparable functional experience gained in a fast-paced, complex care environment. You will have executive experience gained in an Aged Care or broader Healthcare setting, in addition to extensive experience overseeing the operational management of a care services setting.
