We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our team, working closely with the business and Senior HR Business Partner to implement the people agenda and strategy. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per annum.

**About the Role:**

This role has a blend of strategic and tactical responsibilities, including supporting client groups, providing coaching and guidance, and driving consistency in employee experience and engagement. You will work on projects to drive P&C's value add and impact across Cuscal, and provide advice and guidance to employees and leaders on P&C policies and procedures.

**What You'll Need:**

  • Proficient knowledge of multiple aspects of HR, such as Talent Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Remuneration Management, and Employment Law
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to apply theory to practical situations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ER/IR cases end-to-end, including investigations
