About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Lead to join our team at Transport NSW.

Job Description

This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer engagement programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that align with Transport NSW's business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of customer engagement professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize customer engagement opportunities
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on customer engagement best practices and trends
  • Contribute to the development of Transport NSW's customer engagement vision and strategy
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, marketing, public relations)
  • At least 5 years' experience in customer engagement or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong understanding of customer engagement principles and best practices
