Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for our Mid-Market brands. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust with customers as their primary point of contact
  • Develop and implement customized strategies to drive email and SMS revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide training and support to customers on the effective use of our platform
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management experience with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships
  • Excellent program management skills, including scoping, planning, implementation, and measuring success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
