The role of Digital Experience Specialist is to develop and execute strategies that drive online sales and enhance the customer experience through direct sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise website performance, user experience, and conversion rates across multiple platforms
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity on D2C platforms
  • Oversee the upkeep and optimisation of the Digital Asset Management platform
  • Manage email campaigns, social media presence, and content creation

This includes leveraging digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer insights to build a strong brand presence, increase customer engagement, and maximise revenue. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required to measure performance and determine improvements using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft PowerBI.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing the company-wide content strategy, including content management, creation, and coordination across all online D2C platforms. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing & Digital Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives.
