Job Description:

A skilled Service Advisor is sought to deliver exceptional customer service, manage service bookings, explain technical requirements clearly, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and manage service bookings
  • Explain service requirements and mechanical issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Liaise between technicians and customers for accurate updates
  • Prepare repair orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinate workshop schedules for efficiency
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge or previous mechanical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while staying organised
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • Current driver's licence
