Customer Service Support Specialist Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and display excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, along with good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms. They must be proactive in problem-solving and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and maintain a tidy front office area.
  • Manage mail, stationery, and general office supplies, provide refreshments and support as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, updating internal databases, coordinating meetings, events, and team projects, diary management and appointment bookings, preparing and checking documents for accuracy.
  • Respond to client enquiries, liaise between clients and external assessors, maintain showroom cleanliness, and support walk-in clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and customer service platforms.
