Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive digital marketing, e-commerce platform management, and customer insights to build a strong brand presence and increase revenue.

  • Ongoing website performance optimization and user experience enhancements through analytics, reporting, and UX improvements.
  • Ensuring web data accuracy and integrity on D2C platforms via Data Validation, Quality Control, Reporting, Optimisation, and enhancements.
  • Managing DAM platform upkeep and optimisation.
  • Overseeing Email Salesforce - CRM through campaign development, performance analysis, content creation, A/B testing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Coordinating social media presence with local agencies for brands, including promotional material, website copy, composing Twitter posts, and Facebook updates.
  • Developing company-wide content strategy, including content management, creation, and coordination of online D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Optimising digital marketing channels for maximum ROI.
  • Implementing strategic plans to enhance customer engagement.
  • Co-ordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Driving innovation in digital solutions and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Results-driven with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in Adobe Direct Marketing & Content Management software.
  • Ability to apply HTML coding to enhance product copy preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements, ideally Google Analytics.
  • Experience using tools like Microsoft PowerBI, MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint.
