Support Care Specialist

Making a positive impact in the lives of the elderly is at the heart of our work as Support Care Specialists. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to provide personal care services and support daily living needs for our clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others. You will be responsible for providing assistance with domestic tasks, recording client progress notes, and building relationships with our clients to support them in achieving their goals.

  • Provide personal care services including showering, meal preparation, and mobility assistance to ensure comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assist with domestic tasks to support clients' daily living needs.
  • Build compassionate relationships and support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Record client progress notes using a mobile app.

  • Reliable availability for regular shifts is essential to ensure continuity of care.
  • A reliable car and valid driver's license are required.
  • A current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and other relevant checks are also necessary.
