Community Disability Support Worker

We're looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis in the Northern Beaches area.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours
• Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN
• Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections
• Full Australian driver's licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain, if required)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients
• Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access
• Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities
• Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities
• Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required)
• Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties
