Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide direct resident care, including assistance with meal service, mobility, and social support
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Care Support Specialist in a Residential Aged Care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
