Care and Support Specialist

Care and Support Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing Quality Care: Deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support to residents in accordance with our organization's values.
- Assisting Residents: Help residents with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining their dignity and privacy at all times.
- Mobility Support: Assist residents with mobility issues, including walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions.
- Monitoring Health: Observe and report any changes in a resident's health or behavior, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
- Meal Assistance: Support residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them during meals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in a resident's condition on our electronic system.
- Certification in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
- Adaptability, passion for learning, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
