This role represents a pivotal position within our organization, driving the future of lending across Asia Pacific. As a Director of Product for mortgages, you will spearhead strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution designed to set new global benchmarks.



Main Responsibilities:
  1. Define Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with your team to develop an 18-24 month roadmap, aligning key performance indicators with corporate objectives.
  2. Cultivate Domain Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the solution represented and confidently communicate its value to customers, highlighting how it addresses business challenges and enables customer success.
  3. Engage Customers: Foster meaningful relationships with customers within their line of business, delivering presentations at events and contributing to external messaging agendas.
  4. Lead Talent Development: Mentor management or senior professionals, ensuring attraction and retention of high-level talent through effective career coaching and advising.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, accompanied by 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and expertise.
  • In-depth understanding of small business banking and consumer spaces, encompassing processes and regulations.
  • Advanced comprehension of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
