Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering our participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to enable independence and confidence.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic chores, and community access.
  • Fostering strong relationships with participants, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, and minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for transport purposes.
