We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instrumentation and monitoring group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee the installation of geotechnical instruments in the field (e.g., piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers).
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from these instruments to assess ground conditions and structural performance.
  • Interpret monitoring results to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience in geotechnical engineering and instrumentation and monitoring systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility to travel to remote areas and interstate, with strong collaboration skills.
