Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to coordinate the movement of goods, products and services between different locations. This involves ensuring timely delivery, managing inventory levels and overseeing transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international shipments for inbound raw materials, cross-trade logistics and finished goods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivery time-lines.
  • Manage domestic and international distribution of finished goods, service parts and loan devices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring cost, compliance and service targets are met.
  • Optimise container utilisation and drive cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Generate and analyse supply chain data, including shortage analyses, forecasts and inventory reports.
  • Represent the logistics function in cross-functional meetings and manage key operational actions.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining processes and removing inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • International freight experience (import/export) is essential.
  • Knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or FMCG is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems, with the ability to create reports and data insights.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to bring structure and process improvements.
