Are you looking for a stimulating new role with an energising company? A FMCG manufacturer in South Australia is seeking a dedicated and experienced purchasing and logistics coordinator to join their team.

As a logistics and purchasing coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of production operations and supporting the future growth of the business both in Australia and internationally.

The responsibilities

  • Purchasing a high volume of goods from suppliers under existing contracts
  • Raising and managing purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure materials needed for production are available on time
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Coordinating export activities, including documentation, customs, and shipping

The right candidate

  • Proven experience in a logistics, purchasing, or supply chain role
  • Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
  • Experience with raising purchase orders
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
