Planning and Inventory Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a knack for balancing inventory levels, managing supply schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production and supply chain activities by coordinating purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control.

This role requires the ability to prepare and maintain daily production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.

  • Prepare and maintain daily production schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging to support production needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Update ERP systems and generate inventory and planning reports to provide insights into production and supply chain performance.

A high degree of organisational and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a similar planning, inventory, or supply coordination role is essential.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, are crucial to delivering high-quality results.
