Data Solutions Strategist

Drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency by developing high-impact data products as a Data Solutions Strategist.

This role leads the end-to-end delivery of data solutions from requirements to launch and ongoing support, guiding development and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a small team, tracking product performance, supporting user testing, and driving continuous improvement.

Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools, and product concepts
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Effective communication skills for building strong stakeholder relationships
