Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Engineering Leader to spearhead the delivery of high-performing data solutions and drive innovation across our organization.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for guiding the execution of key initiatives, championing data best practices, and fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of data engineers.
  • Develop and implement scalable, resilient data architectures aligned to our strategic roadmap.
  • Promote Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CICD, and data engineering excellence.
  • Oversee code releases, stakeholder communications, and day-to-day operations.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of business processes and data requirements.
  • Guide incident resolution and platform reliability improvements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our data platforms through strategic input and team engagement.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience delivering data platform solutions, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong technical leadership in medium-sized organizations, including project management and code release oversight.
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing methodologies and data architecture principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile software delivery frameworks and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and documentation of technical systems.
