At Right at Home Ipswich, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Full Time Care Coordinator.
- Client Matching: Match clients with caregivers based on their needs and preferences.
- Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-home care services to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Care Plan Management: Monitor and update client care plans to reflect changes in their condition or needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and aged care best practices to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, a caring and compassionate attitude, and proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
