We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced professionals to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and community integration.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming etc.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors and situations
- Certification III or above in disability support or related field
- Knowledge of the NDIS Framework and Practice Standards
- Knowledge of disability rights and advocacy
