Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our culinary team as a Chef de Cuisine - Banquets. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for directing the operation of Conference, Events and bespoke dining, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Chef de Cuisine - Banquets, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a talented team of chefs and hospitality professionals to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

The role involves managing day-to-day kitchen activities, planning and assigning work, and establishing performance and development goals for team members. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts
  • At least 2 years of experience as a chef, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • Previous experience in banquets, conferencing, events, private and bespoke dining
  • Up to date food safety certification
