About the Role

As an Executive Culinary Leader, you will oversee the operation of conference, events, and bespoke dining services, ensuring hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met while controlling food and supply costs.

You will direct day-to-day kitchen activities, plan, assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.

  • We seek a highly skilled and professional individual who can deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ideal candidates will possess:
    • A degree or certificate in culinary arts, with at least 2 years of experience as a chef, including 1 year in a supervisory role
    • Equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
    • Previous experience in banquets, conferencing, events, private and bespoke dining
    • Current food safety certification

Your Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for:

  • Directing kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing inventory, maintaining high-quality food standards, and controlling costs
  • Leading a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery
