Job Title:

Sports & Leisure Team Leader - InterContinental Hayman

About the Role:

As a Sports and Leisure Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences through land-based and non-motorised water activities.

Your key responsibilities will include managing bookings, up-selling opportunities, and improving guest stays, reporting on daily operations and guest feedback, instructing guests on safe equipment use and compliance with safety standards, maintaining equipment and staff training, providing information about the island's natural environment, cleaning and maintaining recreation facilities, assisting with tour check-ins and promoting resort activities, and following emergency, safety, and navigation protocols.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for outdoor activities and guest engagement
  • Prioritising safety and wellbeing in every interaction
  • CPR and First Aid certificates
  • Knowledge of non-motorised water sports vehicles and land-based leisure activities
