This role is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people by providing support, guidance, and care in a residential setting.

You will work within a team to deliver day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and training that builds life skills, promotes positive decision-making, and helps young people achieve their goals.

Key Qualifications
  • Cert IV Child, Youth & Family Intervention (Residential Care) or a willingness to pursue this qualification;
  • Experience working with young people who have developmental, behavioural, and psychological needs;
  • Knowledge of Indigenous and culturally diverse families and communities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
