We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in a residential setting.

Your role will be to support young people in all aspects of life, both in the home and wider community.

  • Develop and implement strategies identified in the care plan and participate in regular reviews to ensure clear goals.
  • Support planned contact and connectedness to family as approved by child safety services.
  • Facilitate social, recreational, educational, and health activities for young people in line with their individual care plan.
">Key Requirements">

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention/Community Services or equivalent qualification (proof of enrolment required).
  • Alternative qualifications / Working towards: Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or Youth Work; Diploma in Behavioural Science, Counselling, Nursing, or Mental Health.

Other Requirements:

  • Able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption).
  • Able to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice).
