Responsibilities
Support young people with daily living, community access & goal setting
Provide outreach support to children and young people by:
Provide compassionate and person-centred support to young people with diverse needs and abilities.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment contributing to growth and development.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored support plans and interventions.
Empower individuals to build essential life skills and promote independence.
Use daily routines to provide hands on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care and budgeting.

Requirements
Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
Attained or working towards a relevant Bachelor\'s Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV (Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.)
Experience working with young people/children
Experience working in other support work related fields, i.e. disability, mental health, aged care, and childcare
