Lead Product Director
We seek an experienced product leader to spearhead growth and strategy in our private dining business. This role embodies a general manager mindset, co-owns revenue goals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Craft the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, roadmap, and goals for business verticals, aligning with company objectives. Consider buy, build, and partner avenues.
Own Business Outcomes: Drive adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses in collaboration with Go-to-Market leaders.
Exceptional Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering innovation, customer centricity, and collaboration. Invest in elevating product craft.
Data Driven: Champion a customer-centric, data-driven, market-aware approach, implementing research and data-driven insights.
Scale: Define processes enabling new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
- Significant experience building and scaling consumer or marketplace products.
- Experience defining and driving a Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales; monetization experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market lifecycle.
