We offer a unique opportunity to launch your career in the field of occupational rehabilitation through our 12-month graduate program.
The program is designed to be practical and collaborative, providing opportunities to make a real impact on clients, our culture, and our business.
- As a rehabilitation consultant, you will assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
You will conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various client portfolios, supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge from your recent studies.
- You will interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
The graduate program includes industry-leading mentorship from experienced staff members. You will have exposure to a range of different working styles to help you develop your own approach.
The program is structured into three phases:
- Phase 1: Onboarding (1-3 months) - welcome pack, online induction learnings, on-the-ground daily support, and regular meetings with your team leader.
- Phase 2: Skill Development (3-6 months) - weekly supervision sessions, ongoing case reviews, quality assurance support, and access to incentive programs.
- Phase 3: Career Advancement (6-12 months) - access to specific service mentoring, celebration of completing your new graduate year, engagement with other graduates nationally, and access to paid professional development.
This is an entry-level, full-time position that provides a strong foundation into the field, adapting to each new starter depending on individual need, pace of learning, and experience.
We offer a genuine and friendly working culture where our people are valued, formal induction and mentoring program, monthly training calendar, and annual CPD allowance.
Our core values are Work Together, Be Accountable, Clarity in Communication, and Find a Solution. Our vision is to deliver high value for our customers through every interaction.
We provide a supportive environment to grow professionally and personally.
