This role encompasses:

- Developing and implementing effective compliance strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed best practice compliance management

- Providing expert guidance on compliance-related matters

- Staying abreast of industry developments and emerging trends

- Crafting insightful reports and recommendations to inform business decisions

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Mentoring and coaching a broader team to achieve exceptional performance and engagement

- Demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and drive organizational alignment

To excel in this role, you will require:

- A minimum of 8 years' experience in compliance management within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

- Comprehensive knowledge of best practice compliance frameworks and their application

- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to achieve compliance outcomes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficient issue diagnosis and resolution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in compliance management
