Process Expert Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Create a prioritized pipeline of work and remove blockers for the team
- Coach and develop colleagues to ensure appropriate control, obligations, and risk linkages are in place
- Collate opportunities from existing sources and bring together a comprehensive view of the current state environment
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to lead process improvements and optimize governance frameworks
- Leadership experience and passion for motivating a team
- Experience in Process Improvement, Process Modelling or Risk and Control Management
- Ability to set a strategic vision for the team and align it with organizational goals
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining documented processes and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
