APAC Marketing Manager for Field Systems


Job Description

The role of APAC Marketing Manager for Field Systems is to develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Trimble dealers in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, and other countries. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or account management, live in Australia, and be willing to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers primarily in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, and other countries.
  2. Coordinate marketing development funds to support growth in your territory.
  3. Educate dealers on available campaigns and marketing resources.
  4. Provide guidance on advanced go-to-market strategies.
  5. Support dealers in developing and executing their marketing plans.
  6. Collaborate with the regional sales team to support sales-led initiatives.
  7. Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Represent Trimble at industry events and conferences.
  10. Manage the regional marketing budget.
  11. Utilize AI to increase productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an indirect sales channel or account management role.
  • Experience with a varied MarTech stack, including marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (SFDC).
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks in a quarter.
  • Curiosity: You're inquisitive and know how to observe and identify patterns that identify trends and key insights.
  • Creativity: You're innovative and resourceful, and equally apply both the left and right sides of the brain.
  • Diplomacy: Your style and reputation encourages collaboration and the willingness of others to support your efforts.
  • Determination: You persevere towards difficult goals despite obstacles.
  • Experience in the geospatial, civil construction, and/or building/construction industry is a plus.
