Job Description
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive our up-market growth across the Asia Pacific region. As the Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific, you will lead marketing's contribution to our regional business goals.
This is a pivotal leadership role on the APAC Senior Leadership Team (SLT), serving as the voice of marketing and a key architect of our regional strategy.
You will lead through a combination of direct team management and cross-functional influence to ensure Marketing exceeds its pipeline goals.
Your mission is to build a world-class marketing function that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline and drives revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A significant track record of B2B marketing leadership within the APAC technology or SaaS sector, with a history of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
Deep expertise in building demand generation engines, particularly ABM, in partnership with Sales and Partnerships.
A hands-on leader who is a deep craft expert and works with the team alongside them.
Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams; a leader who develops leaders.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, be solutions-oriented, and juggle multiple high-impact projects while rallying teams behind solutions.
Mastery of leading in a matrixed environment and driving results through direct reports and cross-functional influence.
Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology and data systems.
