Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in building demand generation engines, particularly ABM, in partnership with Sales and Partnerships.
  • A hands-on leader who is a deep craft expert and works with the team alongside them.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams; a leader who develops leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, be solutions-oriented, and juggle multiple high-impact projects while rallying teams behind solutions.
  • Mastery of leading in a matrixed environment and driving results through direct reports and cross-functional influence.
  • Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology and data systems.
