The Role

You will play a pivotal role in launching our presence in the region, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, securing directional drilling projects, hiring and developing a local team, setting up and managing local administrative functions, and ensuring a professional, responsive, and technically strong presence with clients.

  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Sales: Secure directional drilling projects in Australia.
  • Recruitment: Hire and develop a local team as the business grows.
  • Operations: Set up, manage, and oversee local administrative functions.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure a professional, responsive, and technically strong presence with clients.
