About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to design and execute a marketing strategy that supports our two vertical SaaS business units. Your goal will be to grow revenue by increasing share in the Enterprise market, expanding internationally, growing 'share of wallet' within our existing client base, and enhancing client retention and loyalty.

This is an autonomous position that requires someone who can balance driving strategic direction while rolling up their sleeves to create impact. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop go-to-market plans, value propositions, and segmented engagement programs to drive pipeline acceleration, expansion opportunities, and revenue retention.

You'll also be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, including product websites, SEO, SEM, and all relevant digital marketing initiatives. A structured process and technology systems will be implemented to manage prospect and customer data, ensuring effective campaign initiatives.

As a data-driven marketer, you'll leverage analytics to inform your decision-making and ensure each marketing activity is tracked and measured. You'll also stay abreast of the competitive landscape and current market trends to assist with strategic development.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly organized and self-aware individual with excellent project management and time management skills. You'll have strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to budget, forecast, and prudently manage available funds to achieve effective outcomes.

Experience working in a B2B/B2E SaaS business, specifically marketing and selling to Ed Tech products, would be an advantage. You'll need to know how to leverage systems like Salesforce to deliver key insights.
