We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Support Officer to join our team at Vocus Group in North Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CIO and other executives. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth operations within the Technology & Security group.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. You will also possess a proactive and learning mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administration support to the CIO and other executives.
  • Coordinate diary management, inbox management, expenses, and travel arrangements.
  • Engage with the Senior Leadership Team to gain a thorough understanding of team scope, priorities, and culture.
  • Prioritize and respond to messages intuitively and proactively.
  • Assist with planning and setup for team meetings and events.
  • Support the organization of business functions as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the EA community, Execs, Board members, Suppliers, and Clients on behalf of the Executive.
