Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our performance media, content, design, SEO, events & customer marketing teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our brand's vision and strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our brand recognition locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead all agencies, contractors, and an in-house team across performance media, content, design, SEO, events & customer marketing.
• Delivering a 'revenue results' approach as a team, whilst consistently looking at ways to maximise ROI from all marketing channels.
• Ideation and execution of creative ways to take our brand to market, positioning us as the best at what we do with SMEs and large enterprises.
• Brand and revenue expansion locally and globally - continuing our national expansion and growing our brand recognition.
• Manage and build out a team that works alongside you to execute the marketing goals.
• Managing the go-to-market-launch of new services across the brands.
• Owning & ensuring optimal performance of all our online assets.
• Data-driven approach to marketing - ensuring ROI is tracked across all activity and reported on.
• Spearheading our Awards & Industry recognition strategy.
• Working hand in hand with the Head of Sales to ensure sales & marketing alignment.
• Collaborating tightly with the Chief Customer Officer to support with brand evangelism.

Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer or Head of Marketing.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Events, Content, Email marketing, PR, Social Media marketing.
• Google, Hub Spot, SEO certifications would be highly desirable.
• Proven track record of creative campaign ideas and complex projects.
• Data-driven mindset, with a focus on measurement and evaluating success.
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of effective brand presentation.
• Ability to be hands-on and comfortable in driving both strategy and execution.
• Excited about working in an evolving industry.
• Positive and can-do attitude with high energy and ambition.
• Solutions and outcomes focused.
• Experience with cold outreach and established connections in the niche.
